The Landing Company is a design and planning company, specializing in residential projects in Niagara, Hamilton and the GTA. Whether you are doing a renovation, addition or a new build, we begin with what you bring to us. You may have lived in your home for decades and are thinking of changes. You may be looking for a lot to build on. Or, you may have worked out some great ideas for your project. From there, we will work with you to design a home that fits – within your budget, timeline, and priorities.

We understand that the building industry is a very difficult and frustrating maze to navigate. Homeowners often find themselves overwhelmed with the building process or feel taken advantage of by the industry. Our services simplify the process in combining both design and planning, resulting in one landing pad for all the moving pieces of your project. We often think of ourselves as your “concierge”. We will work to find whatever you need. The concierge knows what you need even before you do. They’ve been serving clients for many years already.

We walk with you from the very beginning of design concept to developing construction drawings, deciding on building strategies and assembling your construction team. Our services will give you the confidence you need to tackle your project and land in a home designed for you – in a home that fits.
